1stSource Products, Inc. offers complete engineered turnkey solutions for overhead monorail applications in the tire retread industry. This process typically starts with review of the specific building and process layout drawings. After evaluation and consultation with the customer, we offer free application engineering assistance to insure that the monorail system is designed to maximize efficiency and productivity of the retread facility without compromising safety or quality.
Our extensive capabilities allow us to provide the monorail track equipment, trolleys, J-hooks, support structure, drop/lift devices and any other special device or accessory required for the application. We have a network of experienced mechanical installers that travel anywhere in North America installing conveyor systems.

Standard Four Wheel Trolley E-20-440
The Four Wheel Carrier has a solid 3/8" (9.525 mm) thick body with four machined 2-1/8" (53.975mm) diameter wheels. The welded eyebolt at the bottom has a 1"(25.4mm) inside diameter for hanging products. The carrier is zinc plated and has a load capacity of 250 lbs (113.5 kg). The Four Wheel Carrier is used in manual enclosed track conveyor systems, tire retread systems, heavy-duty tool rails and in custom applications. Note: Tire Retread 'J' Hooks are sold separately.
Solid Steel J Hook E-20-440-J-W
This Retread J-Hook is formed from hot rolled steel. It is 1" (25.4 mm) in diameter, and features a 45 degree chamfer at both ends of the hook. 250 lbs (113.4 kg) capacity.
Conveyor Straight Track E-10-110A
Interchangeable with Richards Wilcox Part # 2035.00471 and Webb Unibilt V20200. This rugged 3/16" (4.76 mm) thick high strength steel tubular track is provided in 10' (3.05 m)sections and comes standard with a professional powder-coated finish.
Weight is 50 lbs (22.7 kg) per 10' (3.05 m) section. Load capacity is up to 1,000 lbs (454 kg) if the track is supported on 5' (1.525 m) centers. In addition to hand-pushed and powered E-Trac applications, it is also used in various power and free systems including tool rails, tire retread systems, sliding door and gate applications, etc.

Four Wheel Hook Carrier E-20-330
This Tire Retread Conveyor Four Wheel Hook Carrier body has a two piece solid steel plate construction with four 2-1/8" inches diameter machined wheels and Full Ball Comp bearings. The welded eye bolt is designed to interface with the Tubular J-Hook E-20-30-J. The load capacity for this carrier is 250 lbs.
Tubular J Hook E-20-330-J
This Tire Retread Conveyor Tubular J-Hook is designed to interface with the Four Wheel Hook Carrier. The tube is 1 and 1/4 inches diameter steel and has a wall thickness of 0.12 inch. The load capacity of this Tubular J-Hook is 250 lbs.
90° Horizontal Conveyor Track Curve 18 inch Radius E-14-1890A
Interchangeable with Richards Wilcox Part # 2035.02064 This 90° Horizontal Track Curve is used in non-powered hand pushed E-Trac enclosed track conveyor system applications. They are constructed of 3/16" (4.76 mm) thick high-strength steel channels stitch-welded together, and features a professional powder-coated finish.
Support Bracket E-10-200
Interchangeable with Richards Wilcox Part # 2035.01912 The Support Bracket is used to suspend the conveyor track using 1/2"(12.70 mm) diameter drop rod hangers. It has a load capacity of 1,000 lbs (454 kg). It features a professional powder-coated finish. This bracket should be used when the track joints are welded. Typically, these are used on 10' (3.05 m) centers and at every tangent point in the system. The support bracket slides over the straight track and can be welded in position.
Welding Jig E-10-230
Interchangeable with Richards Wilcox Part # 2035.00155 This Track Welding Fixture is used to align and hold track sections together to facilitate welding of the joint. It is constructed of brass components and has a 5/8" adjustable bolt that allows for tightening or loosening the fixture. Once loosened, it can be slid to the next track joint.

Interchangeable with Richards Wilcox Part # 2035.01352 This 90° Horizontal Track Curve is used in non-powered hand pushed E-Trac enclosed track conveyor system applications. They are constructed of 3/16" (4.76 mm) thick high-strength steel channels stitch-welded together, and features a professional powder-coated finish.
Joint Bracket E-10-210
Interchangeable with Richards Wilcox Part # 2035.00021 The Joint Bracket is used to suspend the conveyor track using 1/2" diameter drop rod hangers. It is 1/4" thick high-strength steel, with a powder-coated finish. It has a 9/16" hole in the top to allow clearance for the drop rod. This bracket is normally used when the track joints are not welded. These are only used at track joints. For intermediate track support, we recommend using E-10-200 Support Brackets. The Joint Bracket has a load capacity of 1,000 lbs.
Carrier Insert Section E-10-250
Interchangeable with Richards Wilcox Part # 2035.00705 This 24" long section that is formed of 3/16" thick high strength steel, and is used on every hand pushed conveyor system to facilitate inserting carriers into the conveyor track. It features a professional powder-coated finish. It can also be used in powered conveyor systems to install chain. It should be located in an easily accessible location in the conveyor system. It has a hinged side.
Left Hand Standard Two Way Frog Switch E-21-110
Interchangeable with Richards Wilcox Part # 2035.00618 The Left Hand Standard 2-Way Frog Switch is used in manual, hand-pushed systems where it is necessary to switch between two different tracks. 1,000 lbs (453.6 kg) capacity. It is shipped as a complete unit less the throw-control. The overall frame size is 18-1/4" (463.55 mm) x 14-1/4" (361.95 mm). The frame comes with (4) 9/16" (14.29 mm) diameter holes for mounting purposes. Both the framework and frog plate are constructed of high strength carbon steel and then covered with a durable powder coated finish.

3-Way T Switch E-21-400
Interchangeable with Richards Wilcox Part # 2035.01396 The 3-Way 'T' Switch is used in manual E-Trac systems where it is necessary for one line to tee directly into another line. This switch allows the carrier to then be pushed either way. This switch is used primarily in tire retread applications. The 3-Way 'T' Switch is shipped as a complete unit and has a short manual chain throw in the center on the bottom of the switch. The overall size is approximately 24" (609.6 mm) x 16" (406.4 mm). Load capacity is 1000 lbs. (453.6 kg).
Manual Throw Control for the Standard Frog Switch E-21-510
Interchangeable with Richards Wilcox Part # 2035.00620 The Manual Throw Control allows the overhead conveyor operator to control the carrier in a manual-type system. This model is for use with the Standard Frog Switch. The Manual Throw Control adds 1-1/4" of height to the Frog Switch. Extension arms are not provided since each possible application is different. The are typically constructed of high-strength carbon steel angle and sheet.
Manual Throw Control for the Universal Frog Switch E-21-530
The Manual Throw Control allows the overhead conveyor operator to control the carrier in a manual-type system. This model is for use with the Universal Frog Switch. The Manual Throw Control adds 1-1/4" (31.75 mm) of height to the Frog Switch. Extension arms are not provided since each possible application is different. The are typically constructed of high-strength carbon steel angle and sheet.

Interchangeable with Richards Wilcox Part # 2035.00563 The Two Wheel Carrier with 1/2" shank has a drop-forged body with a zinc plated finish. Wheels are 2-1/8" diameter. Capacity is 125 lbs. It is used in manual, power and free conveyor systems, on tool rails, for sliding doors and gates and in various custom applications. The nut and cotter pin are not included.
